Journaling #1: Managing Anxiety

Studies have shown that writing in a journal has lots of benefits for our mental health. Writing about thoughts and feelings can be a useful tool for managing anxiety. 

Getting your worries onto paper can help to break the worry cycle by giving you the opportunity to examine your concerns for what they really are. If you are interested in journaling to help reduce anxiety, do some research or consult a therapist for suggestions.
